SynthyfAI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the SynthyfAI game and related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, username, and unique user ID (e.g., Firebase UID).
• User-generated content: gameplay responses, guesses, and other inputs provided during play. Some gameplay content may be reused in future rounds in an anonymized form that does not identify you.
• In-app messages: text messages sent through multiplayer chat features.
• App activity: gameplay actions, scores, progression, and interactions with game features.
• Device and technical data: device identifiers, crash logs, and performance diagnostics collected to improve stability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate core game functionality, including multiplayer features
• To authenticate users and manage accounts
• To store gameplay progress, scores, and achievements
• To improve game balance, performance, and user experience
• To respond to feedback or support requests
• To send push notifications for multiplayer invites, game turns, daily rounds, and weekly reminders. You can manage notification preferences in the app.
• Analytics, crash reporting, and performance diagnostics are used solely to improve the app and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell personal data.
• We use trusted third-party service providers including:
  • Google Firebase — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and hosting
  • UXCam — session recording and UX analytics to understand how users interact with the app. UXCam may collect interaction data, screen recordings, and device information. Sensitive screens such as login and account creation are occluded and never recorded. See UXCam's privacy policy.
• These providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• We do not track your activity across other apps or websites and do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS.
• We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• You may delete your account directly within the app at any time via the Profile screen.
• You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@synthyfai.com.
• When an account is deleted, personal identifiers and stored gameplay data are removed or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.
• Some anonymized gameplay data may be retained for analytics or future game content.

6. Your Rights

• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data.
• You may stop using the app at any time.
